1. About Our Filament

What types of filament does Ddub Tech offer?

We currently offer PLA, PETG, and ABS, along with specialty colors and limited‑edition releases.

Are your filaments compatible with my printer?

Yes — Ddub Tech filament works with most FDM/FFF 3D printers, including Bambu, Prusa, Creality, Anycubic, Elegoo, and more.

Do you provide recommended print settings?

Absolutely. Each filament includes suggested temperature ranges, and you can access detailed slicer profiles on our website.

Why do colors look slightly different on my screen?

Color variations can occur due to screen differences, lighting, and camera settings. We strive for accurate product photos.

2. Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment options shown at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us immediately at contact@ddubtech.com.

Do you charge sales tax?

3. Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to select international locations. Additional customs fees or taxes may apply.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If the carrier marks your package as delivered, we are not responsible for loss or theft. For damaged shipments, contact us within 7 days.

What is your return policy?

Unopened filament can be returned within 30 days. Defective or damaged products may qualify for replacement.

How do I start a return?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.

5. Maker Gallery & User Content

How do I submit my prints to the Maker Gallery?

Send your images to contact@ddubtech.com for review and possible feature on our site.

Do I keep ownership of my photos?

Yes — but by submitting content, you grant Ddub Tech permission to display and promote your images.

6. Product Storage & Care

How should I store my filament?

Keep filament sealed in its bag with desiccant, away from heat and humidity.

Does filament expire?

Filament doesn’t “expire,” but moisture can affect print quality. Proper storage keeps it performing well.
